1. How do I place an order?

We deliver the orders in 6-24 hours. Also, you could tell us when you need the design to be sent back and we will work within your deadline.

3. What is the price for embroidery digitizing?

4. What software we are using for the digitizing and vector artwork?

We are using the below mentioned software and their formats.
Wilcom - EMB, DST
Pulse:- POF, PXF, Tajima
Melco:- OFM
Wings:- NGS

For Artwork:

Illustrator - AI, EPS
Coral Draw- CDR
Photoshop- JPG, PNG

5. How could I send information about design?

What you need to do is just scanning your artworks and send them to us via email, synchronously provide us the below mentioned points about the design.

1. Design Size: cm or mm or inches (H x W).
2. Placement: Cap, Left side chest, Full back or front etc.
3. Garment (Fabric ) type: Woven,T-shirt,Pique knit,Fleece etc.
4. Thread colors:Color break up for design.
5. Output file format:EMB or POF or DST etc.
6. Turn around time: 24 hrs or rush.
